This is the original and famous Pipeclay White or Mudgee White Port made right here in the Winery. The bottle displays the Dutch Windmill or de Windmolen on the label. Mudgee White can be served chilled or over ice and enjoyed as an aperitif or after dinner.

Cellaring Notes:
White Port, like all wines, varies from season to season reflecting the nuances of soil, season and practice.
Mudgee White Port is a (curve) blend across vintages and starts off being fruity and tangy, then after some time in the bottle (3 -12 months) begins to show more and more honey and nectar notes. With more than 24 months in the bottle it goes quite golden in colour and develops an almost nutty character.  Mudgee White port will age well and display all the delights of wine - a "living" product.
