This Chardonnay is a blend of three different vintages. A modest proportion, made from Australia's oldest Chardonnay rootstock, was barrel fermented giving a lightly oaked richly flavoured wine.
Bouquet: Nougat and honey characteristics supported by light oak
Palate: Slightly sweet with a lingering finish
Food: Chicken Risotto

Chardonnay will age particularily well for 3 to 6 years
