Bouquet: Aromatic with characteristics of sweet berry and cherry

Palate: Medium body with a soft fruity finish

Food: In summer serve chilled or over ice with fresh seasonal fruit and cream. In Winter serve at room temperature with hot berry puddings and a dollop of clotted cream
