A full bodied Shiraz from our premium vineyard exhibits a complex matrix of fruit and oak flavours. Extended aging offer nuances of spiced fruit cake, licorice and dark chocolate, whole cigar box oak and French polish intermingle to give a long earthy finish.

Matured in small oak for 48 months before bottling in May 2007

Bouquet: A complex matrix of fruit and vanillin oak. Complex and velvety on the nose.

Palate: Full bodied, well structured, soft and elegant

Food: Traditional roast beef with Yorkshire pudding
