A full bodied red that boasts a delightful balance between fresh fleshy fruit flavours of boysenberries and plums and a reassuring earthiness of raked leaves, eucalypt and spices.

Bouquet: Hints of forest berries and ripe plums with hints of truffles and eucalypt.

Palate: Full bodied, supported by well integrated smoky oak and a big soft finish

Food: Pink lamb noisettes with truffles, potato and celeriac galette

Shiraz 2002 will reward cellaring for another 2 to 4 years.
